What we do
As an independent firm working under the fiduciary standard of care, our services are driven by each client’s unique situation.
We provide comprehensive financial planning and asset management across personal and business finances. If other professional providers are required — like estate attorneys or accountants — we bring them into the planning process and serve as the central node of communication and management.
who we work with
We do our best work with individuals and families who are serious about reducing their taxes, optimizing retirement income, investing smarter, and lowering their advisory fees.
Additionally, we help special needs families plan for their futures, creating comprehensive strategies that protect government benefits while building long-term financial security.
For business owners, we help unlock the wealth of closely-held businesses, accelerate retirement savings, optimize taxes, and plan for exits or successions.
Above all, our clients value expert help because they know retirement and their family's financial security are too important.
Step 1: Exploratory Call
This brief phone call will give us both a chance to make sure your situation matches our expertise.
Step 2: Customized Solution
We provide a proposal that explains how we'll work together to address your immediate needs and plan for long-term financial success.
Step 3: Plan Design and Implementation
We'll work diligently to construct a comprehensive financial plan that will serve as the guiding framework for our recommendations and courses of action. From there, we'll execute a prioritized list of action items to help put the plan into motion.
OUR FEES
We strive to be transparent with the costs of our services.
We offer financial planning, asset management, and business retirement plan services tailored to the needs of our clients.
Financial planning and asset management fees are normally set using the following schedule, although fees are negotiable at our discretion based on the complexity of the situation:
Amount of Assets Under Management or Advisement | Annual Fee |
$0 – $500,000 | $5,200 |
$500,001 and above | $5,200 plus 0.25% (25 basis points) of Assets Under Management or Advisement |
Our standard one-time financial planning services cover a 12-month period to ensure that we can accurately assist with the full spectrum of a client’s financial situation over the year. Additionally, this service is designed to enable and equip clients to manage the financial plan at the conclusion of the engagement. This service is normally $5,200, although fees are negotiable at our discretion based on the complexity of the situation.
For clients who do not require this robust level of service, we offer financial planning at $200 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. Our planning proposal and scope of service will outline the fees for the plan.
Complex financial scenarios involving large amounts of student loans or other debt, business ownership, multiple investment accounts with many individual holdings, multiple insurance policies, complex estate situations, and/or complex tax situations may require additional hours. In this case, financial planning is billed at $200 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
Chances are you’re paying too much for your current financial advisory services… and getting too little in return.
