Bryan Jepson MD, MSF, ChSNC®

Bryan Jepson is a board-certified emergency medician physician, a financial planner with a Masters degree in Finance, and a Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC®). He is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) candidate.  He is the father of two adult sons with autism. His advocacy efforts for special needs families began shortly after his own son was diagnosed with autism when he established a non-profit clinic called the Children’s Biomedical Center of Utah that was focused on treating the medical aspects of autism and related disorders. He then became a founding member and director of medical services at Thoughtful House Center for Children, now the Johnson Center for Child Health and Development in Austin, TX.  He is the author of Changing the Course of Autism: A Scientific Approach for Parents and Physicians and has lectured extensively on autism-related medical topics.  Now, his focus is on helping families with special needs to navigate the many opportunities, complexities, and landmines associated with securing their disabled loved one’s financial future.  He is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners.

Aaron Milledge, MBA, CFP®

Aaron graduated from Emory University and earned his MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.  He flew the T-37, T-38C, and F-15E during his Air Force career, and changed course from joining a large asset management firm to founding Targeted Wealth Solutions with Brandon LaValley.  Aaron is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and has also served as an executive consultant to companies across varied industries and sizes.  Aaron and his wife – a trained special education advocate through the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates – have helped their own daughter and other families navigate the complexities of special education and the Individualized Education Program process.
